Kokko Kaffebar

Ole Marius Skjaerseth, an architect by training, runs Kokko as a combined architecture studio, furniture store and coffee roastery near Stavanger's fish market, with the roasting itself happening upstairs from the bar. Single origin lots from El Salvador, Ethiopia, Honduras, Kenya and Colombia move through the roastery, some of which is sold wholesale to Re-Naa, a Michelin starred restaurant in the city.
The design forward space doubles as a showroom for furniture alongside the coffee counter, and customers can sit inside among the roasting equipment or outside in the sun. Beans are sold by the bag, and oat milk is available for espresso drinks.
