D16 Coffee

D16 takes its name from its first address, Dominisova 16, a narrow flagship shop set directly inside the walls of Diocletian's Palace. The team roasts its own beans locally, 100 percent arabica sourced from origins including Ethiopia and Colombia, with an emphasis on the story behind each lot as much as the cup itself.

A second, smaller espresso bar runs from Trogirska 8 in a busier district just outside the old town, open shorter hours through early afternoon. Long daily hours at the Dominisova flagship, open every day of the week from early morning into the evening, make it as workable for palace tourists as for regulars who've made it a habit.
