4 Coffee

4 Coffee, also known as 4coffee soul food, is a tiny coffee bar on Hrvojeva street beside the Dardin park in central Split. Owner Marin Rimac, known as Dado, has run it for years and roasts his own beans in house. He buys green coffee from agencies he trusts and keeps records of when each batch was picked and processed, following it all the way to Split.

The room is small and guests often take the chairs outside. The team say they favor Chemex for brewing at home and outdoors, and the shop keeps morning hours, closing at one in the afternoon.
