Kolichka Bar

Kolichka Bar started as a small craft roastery and has grown into a two location operation, one counter on San Stefano and a second on 6th September Street, both open daily from early morning into the evening. The San Stefano room stays tiny, standing room for the most part, which keeps the line moving fast even at peak hours in this busy stretch of central Sofia.

Beans are roasted under the shop's own name rather than bought in, sold both by the cup and in retail bags, with single origin options rotating alongside a house blend. The team also caters private and corporate events as a mobile extension of the business, running alongside the two fixed locations. Dogs are welcome and free wifi is available at both counters.
