Coffee Syndicate

Coffee Syndicate opened on Moskovska in central Sofia in 2021, built around a rotating list of coffees from the Amsterdam roaster Friedhats and eclairs made fresh in a second floor kitchen above the espresso bar. European Coffee Trip named it Sofia's best specialty coffee spot in 2025, and the industrial interior, exposed pipework against warm wood tones, has become a regular stop during the city's coffee week events.

A second location sits beside Zaimov Park on Yanko Sakazov, smaller inside but with a larger garden, where the same Friedhats coffee runs alongside rotating guest roasters, a natural wine list, and branded merchandise. Dogs are welcome at both addresses, and outdoor seating extends the room considerably in warmer months.
