Pocket by Flip Coffee Roasters

Pocket by Flip Coffee Roasters is the cafe arm of Flip, a specialty micro roastery founded in Singapore in 2021. After years in a tiny shophouse nook on Bukit Timah Road, the team opened its doors at 30 Stevens Road in April 2026, a bigger room with high ceilings, wall to wall windows full of greenery, white walls and warm wooden furniture.

The coffee is roasted by Flip and poured as a rotating line of seasonal single origins, from everyday filters such as Rwanda Inzovu to special lots like Panama Blackmoon Symbiosis, with a smooth white coffee for espresso fans. A head baker turns out Basque cheesecake, banana cake and savoury plates, and bags of Flip's beans are available online.
