% Arabica Shanghai Roastery

% Arabica Roastery fills the ground floor of a historic building in the Rockbund district, a short walk from the Bund. The roasting area sits at the corner and is fully visible from the street, with seating along the glass so guests can watch the roaster at work while they drink.

The interior keeps the raw shell of the building, with sanded concrete pillars, refurbished terrazzo floors and brass wall lights shaped after the Chemex, set against a glossy white bar. Two entrances open onto outdoor seating, and the shop is open daily from half past seven in the morning until eight at night.
