Three Gil brothers turned a small storefront on Correduría, in the Feria neighborhood north of Alameda de Hércules, into one of the most talked about coffee counters in Seville when they opened in 2022. Every cup runs through beans from Ineffable Coffee Roasters in nearby Dos Hermanas, worked through V60 pour overs and a well drilled espresso program that regularly earns the shop mentions as the best specialty coffee in the city.

The room stays small and unfussy, a handful of stools and a counter that puts the barista within arm's reach of every regular. Alongside the coffee list sits a short run of organic bread, cakes and sandwiches, kept simple enough that the espresso remains the reason people keep coming back.
