Moin Café

Moin Café began as a project by two people who fell for everything that surrounds a good cup, and it opened in summer 2025 as a tiny shop on Calle Archeros beside Santa María la Blanca. The beans come from a serious single origin lineup, including a Colombian Gesha, a Yirgacheffe from the Danche washing station and a natural from Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains, poured as espresso and slow filter coffee, with matcha for anyone who prefers it.

The shop doubles as a small classroom. Guided two hour cuppings for up to six people walk through origins, processes and flavor, and there are workshops on espresso and latte art for anyone who wants to take the craft home. Handmade ceramics and bags of beans share the shelves, a small terrace sits out front, and a vermouth or a wine and cheese evening is on the menu for the days when coffee has done its work.
