Delatribu Specialty Coffee & Bread

The delatribu COFFEE wall lettering beneath woven pendant lamps, with a concrete counter and espresso machine below

Delatribu opened a few steps from Las Columnas and the Giralda to fill a gap the Santa Cruz quarter had been missing, a working specialty coffee counter inside Seville's old Jewish neighborhood otherwise thick with tourist cafes. Beans come from Ineffable, the area roaster named Best Roaster of Spain at the Barcelona Coffee Awards, pulled as single origin espresso or built into V60 and Aeropress pour overs by baristas who also run tastings and short workshops on origin and extraction.

Fresh bread and pastries bake in small batches through the morning, and bags of the house beans go home with regulars who want the same cup at their own kitchen counter. Seating barely exists, so most of the passage traffic outside carries its cup toward the cathedral rather than staying to drink it.
