Coffee Up Triana

Coffee Up sits two minutes from the Triana Market, on the west bank of the Guadalquivir where the neighborhood's own coffee scene has only recently caught up with the old town's. Cappuccinos, cortados and cold brews come from a house program built around specialty grade beans, and the shop bags its own coffee in 250 gram and 1 kilogram batches, sold whole bean, espresso ground or filter ground for anyone who wants to keep brewing after leaving Triana.

Small bites and pastries sit next to the coffee list rather than compete with it, and outdoor tables along San Jorge catch the morning foot traffic headed to and from the market. Regulars know the staff by name, a small neighborhood counter more than a destination cafe, which is part of what keeps it full most mornings.
