Your Home Coffee Roasters

Red brick storefront of Your Home Coffee Roasters with a round green logo sign, a blue and white striped awning, and yellow lawn chairs on the tiled patio out front

Your Home Coffee Roasters sits in a converted machine shop unit inside Mullae Changjak Chon, the old ironworking district turned artist village in Yeongdeungpo. A round green sign with a house shaped logo hangs on the brick facade above a garage style opening, and a pair of yellow woven lawn chairs and a low stool make up the small outdoor seating area on the tiled patio out front.

The roaster behind the counter, Choi Jeon ju, placed first at Korea's national roasting championship and seventh at the world championship in 2023, and that competition background shows in a hand drip program built on a rotating lineup of single origin beans alongside a steady house blend. The kitchen bakes its own cookies to go with the coffee, and whole bags of the current roasts are stacked for sale near the register for anyone who wants to keep brewing at home.
