Tremor Coffee Works

Tremor Coffee Works is built around a single idea, five seats and a bar small enough that the barista is always part of the conversation. Jinny Lee opened the basement level room near Hongdae in 2023 after leaving a corporate job, and the intimate footprint is deliberate, meant to slow a visit down rather than move people through quickly.

Espresso runs through a Decent DE-1, a machine built for shot by shot precision, paired with a custom Ozik 98mm grinder that the shop uses across a tight, rotating single origin list. Every espresso comes with a small piece of house made coffee dusted chocolate fudge, and the shop is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
