Tailor Coffee Sinsa is the Gangnam outpost of a Hongdae roaster, on a side street running off Garosu gil. The company roasts on a twenty five kilo Probat and delivers roasted beans to cafes across the country every week as well as running its own rooms.

The cafe stays open from ten in the morning to ten at night every day. Bagged beans, drip bags and cold brew are sold through the Tailor online shop, so the coffee can be taken home after a visit to the Sinsa room.
