The signature pour is a milk brewed coffee steeped for ten hours or more, served across what the shop calls flight lanes so a visitor can taste several origins side by side. An elevator serves the building, there is a terrace for outdoor seating, and the shop is dog friendly, open every day with no listed closing days.
