Coffee Nap Roasters Yeonnam

Coffee Nap Roasters opened its Yeonnam dong shop in 2018, the second room of a roaster that began in Pyeongtaek. The small building in concrete and brick, about fifty square metres in all, was designed by Design Studio Maoom, and its seating is an unusual hill of red brick in place of ordinary tables and chairs, with more seats outside.

Each Coffee Nap branch is designed to feel native to its own street rather than copied from another. The company roasts its own beans and sells blends and single origins through its online shop. Weekday hours are short, ten in the morning to five in the afternoon, while weekends run from eight in the morning to six in the evening.
