Brewing Ceremony is a very small filter focused cafe a few steps from Ttukseom Station in Seongsu. The menu is a short list of pour overs and milk drinks, with filter coffee made through Melitta style drippers and milk drinks pulled on a single La Marzocco GS3. There is no loud signage, and the cafe is easy to pass without noticing.

Inside, concrete and glass meet soft, low lighting, with a roaster in the background and large bags of green coffee spread through the room. Benches ring a central display of beans, and classical music plays through the space. The cafe opens at ten in the morning and closes at eight in the evening, every day of the week.
