Victrola Coffee Roasters

Victrola has roasted in small batches on site at this Pike Street room since 2000, the space doubling as a training facility and cupping lab with free public cuppings held on select Fridays. Direct relationships with farmers and a preference for lighter roasts that show off origin character run through the whole program, the kind of approach that helped set the tone for Seattle's specialty scene well beyond this one shop.

Seasonal drinks rotate through the menu, a Cherry Blossom Latte and a Blueberry Matcha among recent specials, and Victrola has since grown to cafes downtown on Pine Street and in Ballard, though this Pike Street original remains the roastery and the flagship.
