Olympia Coffee West Seattle

Olympia Coffee opened its West Seattle cafe in 2018 on the corner of California Avenue and Bradford Street, a bright room with a wide glass front and a long bench out on the sidewalk. It was the company's first Seattle shop, a branch of a roaster that began as a wholesale operation in a downtown Olympia warehouse in 2005.

Every coffee is roasted to order, daily, at the company's roastery in downtown Olympia, and the sourcing rests on direct trade partnerships with farmers across nine countries in East Africa and the Americas. The company is a certified B Corporation built around a quality of life mission for its farmers and staff, and the bar here pours that range as espresso and filter coffee. The cafe opens at six on weekdays and seven on weekends, closing at six.
