Olympia Coffee Downtown

Olympia Coffee's downtown Seattle cafe sits in Cedar Hall, the redeveloped lobby of the U.S. Bank Center on Fifth Avenue, a high ceilinged room of dark green tile, deep leather banquettes and tall lanterns. It opened in August 2024 and gave the Olympia company a downtown counter after years of cafes around Olympia, Tacoma and West Seattle.

The coffee is roasted to order, daily, at the roastery in downtown Olympia, where the company has built direct trade partnerships with farmers across nine countries in East Africa and the Americas since 2009. The company is a certified B Corporation guided by a quality of life mission for farmers and staff, and the downtown bar pours that range of coffees for office workers and visitors. It opens at six on weekdays and seven on weekends and closes at six.
