Fulcrum Café

Fulcrum Café sits at the base of the Insignia tower on Bell Street in Belltown, the retail face of a Seattle roaster with more than twenty five years behind it. Tall windows light a calm, minimalist room, and a patio gives regulars somewhere to sit when the weather cooperates.

The coffee comes from Fulcrum's own roastery in SoDo, where single origin lots are roasted light to bring out fruit and floral notes, from Thai natural processed coffees to Colombian Pink Bourbon. At the bar that means careful espresso and a rotating run of seasonal specialty drinks, with a fall drinks menu on the board. The café opens at seven on weekdays and eight on weekends, and closes at six every day.
