Analog Coffee

Analog has poured coffee from a small storefront on Summit Avenue East since 2011, when a walk up stand in an old gym grew into a full sit down shop. It was the first Seattle shop to install a tap system, and cold brew on tap became one of its calling cards. Baristas pull espresso on a manual Synesso machine rather than an automated one, and the pour over bar sees steady use.
Beans come from a rotating cast of local roasters, served with organic dairy from Smith Brothers. Comics, magazines and journals are scattered around the room, a record collection spans several genres, and food is ordered at Analog and handed out from the window of the food counter next door. The shop closed during the pandemic and fully reopened in early 2023, and it now opens daily from seven in the morning to six in the evening.
