Sarta Coffee

Sarta is one of the newest additions to Pinheiros, a small, minimalist corner room styled after Japanese cafe design that opened within the last year. Rather than roasting its own coffee, Sarta imports lots from acclaimed international and domestic names, including a washed Colombian from Denmark's La Cabra and microlots from Daterra, a well known Brazilian specialty estate.

Pour overs run through Spanish Sibarist equipment, and the menu is split into tiers, Collection, Collection Reserve and Masterpiece, that track the rarity and price of what is in the cup that day. In 2026 the shop was named Best Coffee Shop in the O Melhor de Sao Paulo Gastronomia awards, run by the city and local press.
