Singular Coffee Roasters
Singular Coffee began in 2014 in the heart of Barrio Italia, and the house on Girardi is still where it all happens. Founder Camilo Vásquez came to coffee as a barista, then followed his curiosity into roasting, convinced that the roast shapes what makes each cup singular. That original house holds the roastery, the bar and a terrace for lingering over a cup.
The beans on offer are traceable lots from Costa Rica, Colombia, Honduras, Kenya, Panama, Peru and Rwanda, sold as whole beans to take home. The team also runs V60 filter workshops and public cuppings through its Academy, so a visit can turn into a lesson in what good coffee tastes like.
