Puelo Specialty Coffee

Puelo began in 2019 as a neighborhood specialty café inspired by the Río Puelo in southern Chile, with a calm, warm room that earned it the SCA Coffee Design Award for Spaces in 2025. Founders Tomás Guilisasti, Benjamín Bravo and Tomás Bravo built it around the idea that everyday moments deserve to be done well, and the Las Catalpas address in Las Nieves is the place to pause and see it for yourself.

In 2023 the team opened its own roastery, so the beans are selected and roasted by the team itself under the Puelo Coffee Roasters name. The range includes blends named for the Patagonian landscape, such as Martín Pescador and Bosque Viejo, plus single origin lots, a cold brew and a monthly subscription, and bags are on sale to take home.
