Cahve Cafetería

The whitewashed storefront of Cahve Cafetería in Maipú with its round wooden sign, street number 2227 and wooden tables under a pergola terrace

Cahve opened in 2016 a few steps from Plaza de Maipú, and its wooden sign and shaded pergola terrace welcome neighbors in for specialty coffee away from the downtown crowds. Tables sit out under the greenery, so a filter coffee here feels more like a visit to a friend's garden than a quick stop.

In 2025 the café grew into Cahve Coffee Roasters, an independent roastery that selects exceptional lots, roasts them with precision and sells them as whole beans. The range is 100 percent arabica from Colombia, Peru, Honduras and Guatemala, including a Peruvian Gesha, and the team also offers courses and workshops for anyone who wants to learn more.
