Café Triciclo

Café Triciclo started in 2013 as a literal coffee tricycle rolling around Santiago, the idea of founder Sebastián Álvarez, before settling into Barrio Italia and later into its current home on Santo Domingo in the Bellas Artes area. The cozy room has a La Marzocco espresso machine at its heart and a playful, colorful look.

In 2017 the team opened its own roastery and named it 3Ciclos for the three phases the project had been through. Today the 3Ciclos range rotates through single origin lots from Brazil, Honduras, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Colombia and Bolivia, each bag wearing a label made with a different artist collaborator, so the beans make a colorful souvenir as well as a good brew.
