Highwire Coffee Roasters Alameda

Highwire's Park Street shop in Alameda opened in November 2020, a small storefront with a dark upper facade, an orange awning and a bench out front. Dog parking and a line of polaroids of regular four legged visitors strung across the room have made it a favorite with local dogs and their people, alongside families and fitness regulars from the neighborhood. It sits near Alameda High School and a short walk from the beach.

Highwire roasts its own coffee along a spectrum from bright single origins to deeper, chocolatey roasts, and the shop carries the full range of fresh beans, its four track teas, drinks and locally sourced baked items every day. The doors open at seven in the morning and close at three on weekdays and at four on weekends.
