Provecho! Coffee Co.

Provecho Coffee Co. sits inside Bread and Salt, an old bread factory turned art space in Logan Heights that was home to the Weber Bread Factory from the 1950s until the early 2000s. The cafe occupies the former mixer room, and a giant bread mixer still stands behind the bar.

Visitors can wander the art spaces with a cup in hand, and the building keeps its history on show as a neighborhood staple. Provecho sells its coffee in bags online, along with brewing equipment, merchandise, Rotulo designs by Koysun and a Thai coffee collaboration with the same name, and wholesale partners can log in to order. The cafe is open seven days a week from seven until four.
