Mixed Grounds Coffee

Mixed Grounds Coffee began in 2020 as a passion project, an idea to bring coffee, art and hip hop culture into a mixed use community gathering place. The North Park shop on 30th Street is paired with a micro roasting facility, where small batches are roasted from curated specialty coffees from around the world, bought with the aim of working directly with producers on a more sustainable model.

The shop pours coffee, serves beer and wine and hosts a calendar of events and music, and its signature drinks include the Buko Pandan Special, an iced mix of housemade pandan syrup, coconut cream, coco jelly and espresso. Coffee bags and merchandise are sold online. It opens at seven every day, closing at five from Sunday to Thursday and at ten on Friday and Saturday evenings.
