Manor Coffee Bar

Manor Coffee Bar is a multi roaster specialty coffee shop in Hillcrest, serving thoughtfully sourced coffees from some of the world's best roasters in a welcoming Victorian inspired space. It grew from a coffee cart run by Kait and Aric, who brought more than ten years of combined coffee experience to a permanent room on Washington Street that opened in 2026.

The roaster lineup rotates, so each visit brings a different pour over. Drinks run from espresso, americano, cortado and flat white to a black mocha, matcha latte, drip and cold coffee, with seasonal specials such as a black sesame latte with black cacao cold foam and a rosemary and dark chocolate drink. The shop is closed on Tuesdays and open from seven to three the rest of the week.
