Little While

Little While is a coffee and pastry shop and roastery on Adams Avenue that opened around the start of 2026, built by the team behind Sweet and Savory Collective after nine years of shaping their approach to coffee and pastry. Founder Steven Torres leads the roasting, which is done on site on a Stronghold S9X in a compact production zone at the back of the cafe.

Espresso comes off a La Marzocco Linea PB, with a rotating single origin on batch brew and espresso and a slow bar of manual pour overs. Seasonal lattes sit beside a salted maple, honey cinnamon and pandan Earl Grey latte, a full matcha list and kadak chai, and the pastries are made by the in house team. An orange door marks the entrance, and the shop opens at seven every day.
