Inspired Coffee Roasters

Inspired Coffee Roasters is an owner operated third wave roaster and café on Hamilton Street in North Park, started by three friends who brought their New York cafe hospitality experience to San Diego and marked a first anniversary in February 2026. The green coffee is organic and ethically sourced, bought in small quantities so that only the freshest beans are roasted, and each lot is chosen at its ideal maturity and in season.

Limited release coffees lead the lineup, with recent offerings including a dry process Ethiopia, a Thai coffee finished with a kombucha ferment, an anaerobic Uganda and a honey processed Burundi peaberry. The café sells the same coffees by the bag, ground for espresso, pour over or cold brew if wanted, and a subscription sends each new release to customers across the country.
