Flor and Seed Coffee Roasters

Flor and Seed Coffee Roasters in Old Town is run by Yan and Leo, who share a love for the people and coffee of their native Mexico and bring more than twenty years of combined experience in specialty coffee, from baristas to shop owners and now roasters. They travel to deal directly with farmers, pay above market prices and give technical support to growers who want to move into specialty coffee.

The roasters work with agronomy engineers in Chiapas on natural and honey processed lots and buy only the current year's crop, offering seasonal, small batch and limited edition coffees from across Mexico. The cafe on Harney Street sells coffee bags, coffee kits and accessories, and the shop's homepage follows a journey through the country's many growing regions.
