Ripsnorter Café is the flagship retail counter for the acclaimed micro roastery of the same name, home to 2024 Dutch Barista Champion Zjevaun Janga, who opened the space with a simple goal of making the roastery's coffee approachable to newcomers and nerds in equal measure. A straightforward classic menu covers the essentials, while a second list on the back, the Bloody Ripper Collection, holds exclusive frozen micro lots served as both filter and espresso for anyone who wants to go deeper.

Janga has described the opening as a dream come true after years of running Ripsnorter as a roasting operation without its own dedicated cafe.
