Love Specialty Croissants

A croissant and coffee bar on Via Tunisi in Prati, a few streets from Cipro and the Vatican Museums. The laminated pastry is made in house and the coffee list is specialty grade, with filter, espresso and a rotating line of roasters, and the kitchen also sends out brunch and cooked breakfast plates. The pastry list includes a roll made with specialty coffee in the dough, cream and crumble, and a vegan chocolate brioche.

The room is bright and tiled, with terrazzo tabletops and wooden trays, and it runs without bookings. Pastries can be ordered online for takeaway, and whole croissant cakes can be ordered ahead for an office breakfast. It opens every day from 7:30 to 15:30.
