Fischio

Fischio is an open air kiosk on a traffic island in Piazzale degli Eroi, near Cipro metro, and has been a Prati favorite since 2016. Mornings are about coffee: specialty beans from Rome's Aliena roastery, a house blend for a well made espresso, and a wider rotating selection through different extraction methods, with croissants and pastries alongside.

As the day turns, the same hatch pours natural wines, craft beers and cocktails, treating coffee and wine as products of the land worth knowing. The crowd is young and informal, and the kiosk has become a friendly outdoor meeting point for the neighborhood.
