BAP

A bright all day cafe on Via Raffaele Cadorna in Sallustiano, a few minutes on foot from Porta Pia. The coffee comes from Torrefazione 68, a Roman roasting family, and the bar pours espresso alongside a changing list of single origins, with a coffee omakase where the barista guides the tasting and chooses each cup for the guest. New origins arrive regularly and are announced on its Instagram.

Beyond the bar there is a full pastry counter, from croissants and pain au chocolat to cinnamon rolls and seasonal specials, plus a brunch and lunch menu, so the room works as well for a fast espresso as for a slower morning. It is open every day from 8:00 to 16:00, and a second BAP sits in Borgo Pio near the Vatican.
