Tiny Giant

Tiny Giant runs as a specialty roastery with an attached shop near Grīziņkalns, built on a team with more than eight years in specialty coffee and five years specifically roasting. Green coffee gets hand selected to score 80 or above on the SCA scale, sourced from regions including the Ethiopian highlands and Colombian plantations, with roast profiles tuned per origin through controlled experiments in temperature, duration, and airflow.

The physical shop is known locally for a heated glasshouse style seating area and outdoor tables, a warm interior that stands out even by national standards. Espresso, filter coffee, and vegan options run alongside breakfast and lunch dishes, and the roastery's beans retail nationwide, including a promotional run through Rimi supermarkets.
