Infusion Coffee Experience

Infusion opened in 2023 in Reggio Emilia, an idea of Jessica Bocedi and her mother Stefania, who run the coffee machine company Nuova Bar. The space is about 170 square metres and is built around learning: a coffee academy with courses in brewing, cupping, bar skills and latte art, and a shop for specialty coffee, accessories and equipment, with an industrial style room kept for sales and training.

The shelves rotate through small roasters, among them Nordic Coffee Roasters, Puchero and Gear Box, with chocolate and dry goods from Forno Brisa. Tastings and events bring people in to try espresso, cold brew and filter coffee with food, so it is a lab and shop more than a seated cafe, and the place to go in Reggio Emilia to understand specialty coffee as much as to drink it.
