Drip Coffee Lab

Drip Coffee Lab sits on Via Francesco Crispi, a short walk from the Parco del Popolo and the centre of Reggio Emilia. It is a small specialty coffee room that treats filter brewing as the main event, with coffees prepared by hand and by the cup, cold brew on the menu, and a team that takes the time to explain what is in the cup.

Tea gets the same attention, made without tea bags and offered in several styles, from a semi fermented oolong to herbal blends, alongside fresh pastries and biscuits to go with the coffee. The room is easy going and bright, a sensible place to start the morning or to stop after a walk in the park, and one of the few in the city where a filter coffee is the first thing people order.
