Moe

Moe opened in 2025 on Veverkova in Letná, in the space that long housed Bistro 8. Owner Kristýna Doupovcová earlier ran operations and the kitchen at nearby Cafe Letka, and coffee master Daniel Vejvara prepares the drinks behind the bar. Architect Elizabeth Haywardová designed the room with exposed concrete plaster walls, metal details and a brightly coloured espresso machine as its centrepiece.

The coffee is carefully selected specialty, with bags to take home, and the day runs from a minimalist breakfast through lunch and dinner to a glass of natural wine in the evening. The kitchen leans on simple, high quality cooking with a few unusual ingredients, and baking is done in house.
