Minimum Waste

Minimum Waste is the real world test bed for MIWA, a Czech technology company built around cutting single use packaging out of retail supply chains. Opened in December 2022 right in the city center, it exists to put the company's own zero waste ideas in front of actual customers with actual expectations, discounted day old pastries, repurposed and recycled materials throughout the room, drinks served in edible cups.

The result reads less like a sustainability showcase and more like a good place to get work done, plenty of outlets, decent wifi, and a menu that runs to healthy lunches and quirky drinks including a bright blue pea latte made from butterfly pea flower. Dogs are welcome. Vegan options are available throughout.
