Two Stroke Coffee Co.

Two Stroke Coffee Co. is a motorcycle inspired coffee shop on North Lombard Street in the heart of St. Johns, named for the scrappy, loud and unmistakable two stroke engine at the center of the most raw and elemental motorcycles. The room mixes specialty coffee with vintage moto culture, with a bike perched on a high ledge near the door, leather armchairs by the window and racks of branded apparel along the walls above an old wood floor.

The company describes itself as a North Portland coffee roaster and motorcycle cafe, with freshly roasted bags sold alongside espresso drinks and drip coffee served at the bar. The space stretches over two floors with plenty of seating, so it works for a quick cup before a ride or a long stop with friends. The doors open at six thirty every morning and the cafe closes at five.
