Seven Virtues Coffee Roasters Glisan

Seven Virtues is a family run roaster and cafe that has worked since 2007 on ethically sourced single origin coffees, and this Glisan Street cafe in North Tabor is its main location. Tall windows wrap a bright corner room with brick on one wall, a wood floor, hanging plants and a row of white sculpted heads above the glass, and the counter gives a clear view of the baristas at work.

The company names seven core values, from honesty and gratitude to patience and compassion, and builds its sourcing on direct farm relationships and small batch roasting. Espresso, pour over and cold brew come with house made pastries and bagel sandwiches, with plenty of gluten free and vegan choices, and the room has free high speed wifi and plenty of outlets. Whole beans are sold to take home, and the cafe is open from seven to four every day.
