Roseline Coffee Davis Flagship

Roseline Coffee roasts and serves from its flagship on Northeast Davis Street in Kerns, the headquarters of a Portland company that began in 2012 and takes its name from the city's Rose City nickname and from the standard the team calls the Roseline. Roasting started on a 1.5 kilo Proaster, moved to a 10 kilo machine in 2013, and today the same address holds the roastery and a quality lab alongside the cafe.

The approach is built on long relationships with farmers and supply chain partners, and the lineup runs from house blends such as Cartwheel and Oro to seasonal single origins like Honduran lots. A showroom and training space called Session Room opened inside the headquarters in July 2026, adding classes and equipment to a place that already pulls in remote workers. The cafe opens at seven every morning and closes at five.
