Prince Coffee Killingsworth

Prince Coffee started in the Beaumont neighborhood in 2016, and this Killingsworth Street cafe in Overlook is its third, opened in the spring of 2026. Owner Katie Prinsen runs the coffee program as a showcase for favorite local roasters alongside a rotating global guest, with roasters from around Europe featured this year. The shop pairs specialty coffee with a natural wine list and a shelf of carefully chosen objects.

The room is bright and pale wood, with round tables, a blue tiled counter and long shelves of wine, tea and objects from around the world, plus a large patio for sunny days. The kitchen makes its own cashew pesto and walnut romesco for snacks, and baked goods come from Nuvrei, Tabor Bread and Red Hen Bagelry. The daytime coffee bar gives way to wine in the evening, and the shop stays open until eight.
