Good Coffee Pearl

Good Coffee opened this Pearl District cafe on Northwest Couch Street in early 2024, in a space that had previously been a coffee shop, with indoor seating and a patio for sunny days. It belongs to a Portland roaster that started with a single southeast cafe, and its coffees are sorted by taste on the shelf, from rich and comforting to crisp and refreshing.

The Spectrum Blend is the crowd favorite, with notes of milk chocolate and candied nuts and a hint of citrus, and limited releases such as the Mexico Grand Cru, from a group of forty families, sit beside seasonal single origins from Tanzania, Mexico and Ethiopia. The company runs a Common Good giving program, and the cafe opens at seven on weekday mornings and at eight on weekends before closing at three in the afternoon.
