Clark's Coffee

Clark's Coffee is the first cafe for Clark Johnson and Ricky Rickman, who started the company in late 2025 with pop ups and opened this permanent room at Southeast Belmont and 34th in the summer of 2026, in the longtime home of a well known roaster's cafe. The room has white walls, exposed brick, shelves of skate and pop culture memorabilia, window counter seating and secondhand sofas at the back.

A bright orange two group La Marzocco Linea anchors the bar, and the coffees are roasted by local importer and roaster Nicole Tignor to profiles the Clark's team chose after cuppings. The founders visited producers in Guatemala, and the shop supports She Is Coffee, a network of mentorship and workshops for women in coffee and cacao. It opens at seven thirty on weekdays and eight on weekends and closes at four.
