Cadejo Coffee

Cadejo Coffee is a Latin American owned cafe near the edge of the Pearl District, opened by Jacob Anthony Abea as an entry into a specialty coffee industry with few Latino owned shops. The small room is built around a large communal table with two and four seat tables along the walls and windows, warmed by light wood, live plants, and a floral mural.
The menu leans into Latin American flavors with drinks like a mole mocha and cafe de olla alongside a cajeta danish and weekend food pop ups. Cadejo closes on Tuesdays but is open the rest of the week from 8 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, with dog friendly patio seating out front and a warm, board game friendly atmosphere that regulars describe as a genuine community spot.
